Solar water heating converts the suns energy into usable heat, which is transferred to the hot water cylinder to supplement the boiler. Almost any property can benefit from a solar powered water heating system, providing that it has an area of roughly South facing roof, for plenty of sun exposure.

On dull days the boiler will still do much of the work, but on a bright (not necessarily warm) day, a solar system will provide free hot water. Once installed, such a system will reduce your carbon monoxide emissions, helping to preserve our environment. Furthermore, the free energy from the sun harnessed by solar panels, can offer a 50-70% reduction in fuel costs!
